船用吊機(jī)（船吊）伸縮臂回縮的兩個(gè)主要原因

一是液壓油外泄，只需將伸縮液壓缸的老化、破裂密封圈，更換即可；二是限速液壓鎖失靈、漏油或鎖不住。若在使用過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)限速液壓鎖鎖不住，則可以通過調(diào)壓螺桿進(jìn)行調(diào)整，調(diào)整壓力為空載體縮臂時(shí)的4-6MPa。調(diào)整時(shí)用基本臂、仰角，使起重機(jī)平穩(wěn)運(yùn)動、無振動。若調(diào)整壓力仍不能解決問題，則只有拆開限速液壓鎖，檢查密封件偶件磨損情況，若有磨損則維修或更換。
