船用吊機(jī)（船吊）重新裝配液壓鎖時(shí)的注意事項(xiàng)

1、原則上全部密封圈都應(yīng)更換。更換時(shí)應(yīng)將其涂上液壓油，逐漸推入槽內(nèi)，特別要保護(hù)導(dǎo)控活塞上的0形圈，避免安裝時(shí)將其擠壞。
2、在將單向閥閥芯、導(dǎo)控活塞裝入配合孔內(nèi)時(shí)，要涂上液壓油；對(duì)準(zhǔn)配合孔后，要邊推邊轉(zhuǎn)，禁止硬推或敲打。
3、在單向閥閥芯、導(dǎo)控活塞裝入后，必須檢査它們是否滑動(dòng)自如，不得有阻滯現(xiàn)象。
4、拆除分解和重新組裝一定要在清潔的場所進(jìn)行，室內(nèi)要灑水；拆卸與組裝的間隔時(shí)間不能太長。
